Dichos trofeos serán entregados en el acto público de clausura del VIII Encuentro Internacional de Teatro Amateur del Mediterráneo en el Teatro Pablo Neruda de Peligros (Granada) el día XX de noviembre de 2014.
Al mismo tiempo se acuerda dar por iniciado el periodo de inscripción y valoración de los próximos trofeos para 2014 cuya fecha de entrega se comunicará oportunamente.

GENERAL RULES
1. The aim of this Festivals is to develop international relationship through cultural
exchange, novel ideas and co-operation on people to people basis.
The purpose is to promote global unity, peace and friendship.
2. The number of participating countries / foreign groups will be limited to 5. Indian
Drama & Dance Groups shall also be invited to participate which will be selected
from among the participating 100 Troupes / Dramas in the All India Drama, Dance
& Music Competition simultaneously held every year at Cuttack.
3. Each Group may freely choose any sort of theatrical performance in its own
language & style, but the duration must not be more than 60 minutes.
4. All Foreign Groups will have to cover total to and fro Travel Expenses upto
CUTTACK via BHUBANESWAR AIRPORT in India, including Airport Taxes, Visa
Charges etc.
Cuttack has also excellent Rail links with Kolkata, New Delhi and Mumbai and the
travelling expenses in the Train will have to be paid by the participating Groups.
The Organisers would not bear any cost on account of Travel.
However, Local Transpotation within Cuttack City will be free of charge.
But the expenses to be incurred for sight-seeing / visiting world famous tourist
spots like Golden Tringle of Puri-Konark-Bhubaneswar, will have to be borne by
the participating Groups.
5. The participating Foreign Groups will be provided hospitality at Cuttack for 3 days
including the day of their performances, which will include Free Accommodation
and Free Food for those actually invited to the event and will be limited to 8 persons
per Group, whether they are Actors, Actresses, Director, Playwright, Musicians,
Dancers, Singers, Technicians or Interpreter. In the case of more than the fixed
number of people , 30 US Dollar per person per day is required.
No pocket money will be provided.
6. It is the responsibility of all participants to carry their full personal insurance.
7. The Festival will be hosted in an auditorium – seating capacity : 500 and size of the
stage – width : 12 m. depth : 10 m. height : 4 m.
8. The Groups are advised to bring set pieces, decor and special equipments
necessary for their performances. The Organisers could provide only the basic
and simple set pieces.
9. The official languages are English and Hindi. In each Group there should be at least
one person knowing good English or should be accompanied by an Interpreter.
10. Each participating Group may be required to give performance on the date and time
as decided by the Organising Committee. Each Group must attend all the
performances and programmes including Symposium / Seminar during the Festival.
Each participating Group shall submit the following information and documents in
English along with the Application :
(a) Synopsis of the Performance
(b) Profile of the Group
(c) List of Name & Address of Actors, Actresses, Dancers and Staff mentioning
their Gender ( Male / Female ), Date of Birth, Passport No. & Part / Role
(d) Details of Technical Design / Stage Craft / Decor
(e) 5 Colour Photographs along with News Paper Cuttings, Brochure, Poster etc.

(f) If possible, a Video CD of the Performance
(g) Groups are requested to send Articles on Theatre of their country in English
for free publication in the Souvenir.
No participating Group shall be allowed to perform elsewhere in India before or
during the Festival without the written consent of the Organising Committee.

OLYMPIAD : INTERNATIONAL THEATRE FESTIVAL scheduled to be held from
16th. to 20th. September, 2014 in the millennium city – Cuttack in the state of
Odisha.
This is a cultural exchange programme, purely voluntary on non-profit basis –
symbolising ‘Unity in Diversity’. The aim is to promote peace, friendship and
human understanding on people to people basis. We would be happy to extend our

3. Please send the List of your group members : Names, Gender, Age, Passport No. on URGENT
basis (to be submitted to the Government Authorities).
4. Your Journey programme with all the details may please be made available to us before
the commencement of the Festival.
5. You will have to reach at the Bhubaneswar Airport if you are coming by flight or at the
Cuttack Railway Station if you are travelling by train.
7. Please bring along two numbers of your National Flag of 30×60 cm. size.
8. Should you wish, you may please bring your Posters, Banners, Brochures etc.
9. If it is not inconvenient to you, please bring a few Coins, Stamps & Handicrafts of your country
for Indian collector-friends.
